Vineyards from 15 to 20 years.
Average yields : 50 hl/ha.
Harvest by hand.
Grapes are destemmed for a 18 hours pellicular maceration.
Wine-making process : Fermentation in vats with regular temperature inspection.
Tasting : Fine floral nose, long finish with apricot and peach aromas.
