malo-lactic fermentation, maturation in underground concret vats, approximately 1 year.

Evolution: 6 to 10 years

Food and wine pairing: roasted red meat, game, cheese and Chocolate cake

Color: Intense red color, glossy browny
Nose: Aromatic, expressive with floral notes of violet and peony.
Palate: well balanced with soft tannins

Serving temperature:  16 to 18° Celsius
